The story of my Fruit Tart~

MY FRUIT TART..^_^

I'd been browsing the net the whole day to find one simple tart to bake..so i ended up baking some FRUIT TARTS! eheh it was my very 1st time trying and the ingredients and steps seems quite easy.. went to tesco yesterday to buy all the stuff and been hoping to find a ready made dough coz im tired of folding the dough myself. but sadly luck wasnt on my side --> NOne.. :'(
so i need to fold my own handmade dough.

At that nite i spend almost 45mins just for the dough.since it needs to be frozen for 2 hours after folding.so i had to prepare it earlier..

so today i baked the frozen dough,and mixed all the ingredients for the tart.. i hate when i need to do the double boiling method..really time consuming~ blad glad my whole 3 hours were satisfying..everything went pretty well enough for me. though i sddnly got a really bad headache right after that and vomitted as well.haih~ might be because i rarely do some heavy work in a very long period of time.too much of sleep maybe.. =P but what ever it is im wholely satisfied with my fruit tart! yikes! ^_^
